Rates for Atlantic View
At St. Augustine Vacations, we take our high level of customer service very seriously. We're a small family business and are dependant on our repeat customer business, so we're upfront about all our costs. It's common courtesy, and honest business etiquette, to provide you with the clearest idea of exactly what you're going to pay for your vacation. We feel we're more than competitive with anyone else out there, so we're completely open with our prices. We'll never charge you a dime more than we say--never any hidden fees, surprise last minute costs, or other such nonsense. Longer than one week rentals: We offer significant savings to any renters willing to take more than one week at the beach in any of our properties. For every week after your first, we'll shave 25% off the top! For our monthly renters (which we calculate as four weeks from Saturday to Saturday), we offer even greater savings and will negotiate the price. Usually this winds up being about 60%-70% of what we'd bring in by the week for the same period. These special savings apply to all times except for our very busiest months of March, April, June, July, and August (if you want multiple weeks and one of them is a holiday week listed below, we'll either take 25% off the non-holiday week or just negotiate with you on a fair price).
*Let me note here that our private website is always the authority on our rates (and for those of you who have seen other sites, I think you'll agree that ours is much more detailed than most others). We use close to a dozen third party advertising sites and updating the prices on all of those (for close to 20 homes/condos) is a monster task. We always try to keep the figures the same, but some sites do fall behind--and we usually only post our off-season and average summer rate because of lack of space or detail. Please feel free to let me know if you notice an inconsistency and I'll try to get the figure updated right away. Thanks!
Here are our rates for Atlantic View. The $200 cleaning fee and the 9% sales and bed tax are added to these - so an off season week, e.g., winds up being [$2600 + $200 cleaning] * 9% tax = $3052.00.
2010 Rates:
$2600 per week = Off Season (September to February and May--excluding Memorial Day Weekend)
$3600 per week = Peak Season (March, April, June, July, August, Holidays--Memorial Day Weekend; Labor Day Weekend; Week of Christmas; Week of New Years Day)
While we always prefer weekly rentals, we do offer nightly prices on occasion, especially during the off-season or on short-notice. To come up with our nightly rates, we take the appropriate weekly rate, divide by six (to reward our weekly renters) and then round up to the nearest $25 mark. So the off-season rate here would be $2600/6, or $450.00 per night. I hate all this math as much as you do, though ^_^.
