Welcome to Colony Reef! This condo is perfect for families. We all love our fun in the sun, but sometimes you just want to tell the kids to scram and go play while we sit here in the shade and sip our beverage of choice! This unit has spectacular views of the ocean, but you're right off the pool--it gives you a great perch to watch the children if you need a little R&R... This condo is also a second story flat (with elevator), so it's great if you don't want to climb stairs after walking yourself silly on the beach that morning.
Colony Reef is one of the more upscale condominium complexes on St. Augustine Beach. All units come with free use of the largest swimming pool on Anastasia Island, tennis courts, an indoor pool, spa, and a private fitness room. Sadly, the complex has banned the use of charcoal and large gas grills, so we've decided to discontinue offering this amenity here. You can rent them at www.bigbillsbeachstuff.com, though!
With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a twin in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom, you can easily sleep eight warm bodies (the maximum occupancy - sorry)!
As with all our condos, we charge only rent, a nominal cleaning fee, and the state bed tax. Everything else (washer/dryer, utilities, TV, grill, full kitchen, etc...) is provided completely free of charge.
Our rooms are all decorated by our own personal interior decorator (Terry Hartley, with some much appreciated help from owners Robert and Vicki Touchton) and exude warmth and familiarity. Check out the Captain's quarters for the lil' squabbies! You're sure to love it!

General Property Specifications: Single floor, second floor condominium overlooks pool (great for watching the kids), living room, spacious covered balcony with amazing views, VCR/DVD. Free dial-up internet.
Beds: Master - King / 2nd bedroom - Queen and single / 3rd bedroom - two twins / Additional - plenty of room for air mattresses if you'd like to boot the youngsters to the floor (the web designer would like to take the time to complain about how he spent the first 18 years of his life on the floor at each and every vacation he was involved in...).
Pool and complex amenities: The largest oceanside pool on all of Anastasia island! Two tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts, indoor heated pool, spa, fitness room.
Distance to Beach: You can get a good idea of how close to the surf you are from the view from the balcony. Just come down the elevator, walk across the dunes, and you're right there! Rates: At St. Augustine Vacations, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate. But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic. We take pride in our transparency of our rates.
