This premier property is one of the absolute best places possible to stay along the beach in St. Augustine.  This 3300 sq. ft home has it all for your lifelong-memory-building beach vacation.  We spared no expense on what is perhaps the nicest home we have the privilege of renting. 

All renters interested in this home need to realize that this subdivision is a family residential area and we want to be very, VERY careful about the quality and size of the groups that rent from us.  Spring Break groups, high-school vacations, and all manner of non-family rentals are strictly prohibited.  Misleading us to believe otherwise results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of both the balance paid and the deposit (as we are fined heavily and have families to support as well ^_^).

 

 

 

 

 

This house has an extraordinary kitchen/dining/living room just made for parties or family get-togethers.  A gorgeous custom stone counter top infused with shells completes the theme! 

There's a West facing balcony that looks out over the pool.  Of course, the view from the East windows of the ocean is amazing!  Have a look at our best entertainment area of all our homes!  56" widescreen HDTV (with all the normal HD programming plus a suite of HD movie channels . . . just in case you get rained on ^_^), DVD, CD, and radio.  Enjoy!

 

You're immediately behind the oceanfront homes, and the house is much taller than the surrounding homes!  So you have one of the best views of the water without the oceanfront premium!!  You're in the same neighborhood as Pelican Roost, Ocean Vista, Atlantic View, The Bohemian, Garter, Pelican Way, Atlantic Grand Waterside, and the Luxury Beach House.  Check out those reviews and you'll see how popular this subdivision is!

Pardon our pool picture!  It was raining that day and we had some landscaping work going on around it.  But this is our second largest pool behind Matanzas.  We stole that same "beach" that folks love there so much.  It's a shallow area featured below for the little ones to hang out!  Of course, you can't miss out on the in-ground hot-tub! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

King Beds in both the master and upstairs guest room, two queen beds in the lower bedroom, and a small "lil squabbies" room with two bunk beds (i.e. four twin mattresses total) will easily house a couple of families!  Of course, we'll have our standard high-speed wireless internet and unlimited phones to help you bring your work with you . . . if you absolutely must ^_^

Home Information at a glance

General Property Specifications: Three story, brand new 2006 construction home, amazing and luxurious furniture and decor throughout, 56" HDTV with free HD movie channels, DVD, high-speed wireless internet, CD radio, unlimited local phone calls, and views of the ocean to die for!  One of our marquee homes!!

Beds/Baths: All right!  We have started decorating and I can post a preliminary bed break-down for everyone.  In the four bedrooms we have: 1) A King, 2) A King, 3) two Queens 4) 4 bunkbeds.  There is also  a full futon.   This house, 3300 sq. feet, is enormous!  There's also 3.5 baths (1 full on the 1st floor, 2 fulls on the 2nd floor, and a 1/2 bath on the 3rd  floor. 

Pool and Hot-tub situation: We know how important a nice pool and hot-tub is for our guests.  As with all our heated pools, they just burn through the utilities at a fantastic rate (roughly $100 per week of use).  We're happy to heat them on request, but we do ask $100 per week for the service.  Just let us know if you'd like us to turn it on for you!  Also, the pools aren't meant to get warmer than about 85 degrees so please don't try to heat them beyond this point.  We turn off the pool heaters from mid-April to mid-September for this reason as well.  Thanks!

Distance and orientation to the Beach: Ha, you can see from the pictures that you won't have any complaints about the view!  You're immediately behind the oceanfront homes and they're nice low-lying ones too.  So your view is largely unobstructed.  The beach access point is further than we'd like it to be, but it's still an easy 5 minute walk.  Even better, the county just put in a gorgeous deck walkway over the dunes at the end of Magnolia Ave!  As you come out the front door, take a right (heading South) and go to Magnolia Ave.  You'll see that nice new deck walkway right at the end of the East/West street.  You're sure to love it!!

Furry Friends?:  This home is pet-friendly!  I have four kitty-catos myself, so I know your pets are very likely just part of the family!  As such, we wouldn't think of charging extra.  We don't charge for "extra" for kids, parents-in-laws, or Uncle Phil, so why pets?  We do charge an extra 50% deposit (i.e. $750 on the homes or $450 on the condos/townhomes), but this all comes back to you if the house is left in the same condition in which you found it.  Beware, though, that a pet problem is one of the three times we've ever kept someone's deposit (the other two were smoking in the house and general spring break destruction).  Wet-dog smell can be very difficult to remove!  Please do read our pet policies (click here for those - Pet Policies) and our security deposit FAQs page for more information (click here for those - Security Deposit FAQs).

Rates:  At St. Augustine Vacations, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate.  But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic.  We take pride in our transparency of our rates.  All the properties have a single rent price, a cleaning fee, 6% sales tax and 4% tourism tax added onto the total.  Please click here for all our rate information (rates).
