It doesn�t get any better than this. Stunning panoramic views of both the ocean and the intracoastal and Summer Haven River. You are so close to the ocean that at high tide you can feel the ocean spray on your face. Luxury abounds throughout this sumptuously furnished and extremely private oceanfront home.
All renters interested in this home need to realize that this subdivision is a family residential area and we want to be very, VERY careful about the quality and size of the groups that rent from us. Spring Break groups, high-school vacations, and all manner of non-family rentals are strictly prohibited. Misleading us to believe otherwise results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of both the balance paid and the deposit (as we are fined heavily and have families to support as well ^_^).
Step from the master suite into your private hot tub and hear only the ocean's whispers and the beating of your heart(s). No worrisome traffic will break the spell of your virtually secluded beach which you will most often have all to yourself.
The gorgeous "spool," as we call it, will provide many hours of easy lounging pleasure! We call it a spool as it's half-way between a hot-tub and an above-ground pool. It's 8 feet wide, 14 feet long, and almost 5 feet deep. Please help us keep it covered, but it's fully functional as a hot-tub so you can get it nice and steamy! The most discriminating visitor will be quite pleased with the amenities and service provided. Please call me for more info on extensive perks we offer.
Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless appliances, large outdoor grill, garage, washer/dryer, free high-speed internet service, free local, state, and national calling (international available on request), and of course all linens, towels, and a host of other extras! And yes we are pet friendly. Best of all: we live here and take pride in offering our guests the maximum in personal attention.
And with a view like this from the master bedroom, we won't blame you at all if you want to sleep in till noon every day!

We are the nation's oldest city, settled in 1565 by Spanish soldiers under Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles. No one should miss touring the historic district, walking down St George Street, seeing how King Phillip's soldiers lived in the Castillo de San Marcos or perhaps taking a carriage ride down cobblestone streets.
The Flagler era has Henry Morrison Flagler's original three luxury hotels steeped in history as well as his Memorial Presbyterian Church, the finest example of Venetian Renaissance architecture in America. The kids will love the Alligator Farm, the oldest attraction in the state of Florida and take then on the free boat ride out to Fort Matanzas, the back door fort that ended pirate raids in 1742.
You are also only 10 minutes from Marineland and about 90 minutes from Mickey Mouse and/or the Space Center.

Home Information at a glance:
General Property Specifications: Three story home, VCR/DVD, Direct TV, high-speed wireless internet, unlimited local/state/national calls, roughly 2500 sq. feet., second and third floor covered, East and West-facing second and third floor balconies.
Beds/Baths: Master - King / 2nd bedroom - 2 Queens / 3rd bedroom - two twins / 4th bedroom - full and a double futon / Additional - Queen sleeper couch. 3 full baths, master bedroom has a walk-in shower and bidet.
Pool and Hot-tub situation: Hot-tub on East balcony, a "spool" on the ground floor. We're calling this a spool as it's a cross between a hot-tub and a pool (and "hool" or "hotool" sounded too weird for comfort!). Because you're so close to the surf, the city won't allow us to build an in-ground pool, so we put in a giant heated "spool" that'll easily house 10 people instead.
Distance to Beach: While we normally shy away from oceanfront properties because of their expense, we get so many calls for homes directly on the beach we decided to go for the gusto! Just look at that gorgeous picture from the master bedroom. Scout's honor, you can stand on the third floor patio and throw a rock into the surf... Furry Friends?: This home is pet-friendly! I have four kitty-catos myself, so I know your pets are very likely just part of the family! As such, we wouldn't think of charging extra. We don't charge for "extra" for kids, parents-in-laws, or Uncle Phil, so why pets? We do charge an extra 50% deposit (i.e. $750 on the homes or $450 on the condos/townhomes), but this all comes back to you if the house is left in the same condition in which you found it. Beware, though, that a pet problem is one of the three times we've ever kept someone's deposit (the other two were smoking in the house and general spring break destruction). Wet-dog smell can be very difficult to remove! Rates: At Hartley and Sons, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate. But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic. We take pride in our transparency of our rates. All the properties have a single rent price, a cleaning fee, 6% sales tax and 4% tourism tax added onto the total.
