Welcome to Ocean Village! Dad and Terry lived here for quite a while while fixing up their home. Quite honestly, they considered never leaving! This apartment is nothing fancy, admittedly. But it is very comfortable and clean, and if you're on a budget it's a fabulous rental at an unbeatable price!
This apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat in the Ocean Village condo complex. You have a fabulous beach along this stretch of Anastasia Island as well as three pools, a hot-tub, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. The grounds are gorgeous as well!

Home Information at a glance
General Property Specifications: Single floor, second floor condominium, VCR/DVD.
Beds: Master - Queen / 2nd bedroom - two twins / Additional - Queen sleeper couch and plenty of room for air mattresses if you'd like to boot the youngsters to the floor (the web designer would like to take the time to complain about how he spent the first 18 years of his life on the floor at each and every vacation he was involved in...).
Pool and complex amenities: Three pools, a hot-tub, tennis courts, and shuffleboard scattered throughout the extensive grounds.
Distance to Beach: You are a 4-6 minute walk to the surf from this apartment, but there's ample parking throughout the complex. So you can easily park near the beach entrance if you'd like to carry coolers and other beach paraphernalia.
Furry Friends?: This home is not pet-friendly. Complex rules, sorry!
Rates: At St. Augustine Vacations, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate. But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic. We take pride in our transparency of our rates.
