Welcome to Sunset Harbor, one of our newest homes. Along with Ocean Spray, this is one of the most luxurious and spacious as well. Private fireplace, bath, and a plush chaise lounger make this master bedroom a real winner. We'll leave it up to you how to decide who gets this room, though we recommend straws or pick-a-number over fisticuffs.
The living room has more than enough space for one heck of a party. High-speed wireless internet and unlimited local, state, and national calls make for a great business center for meetings or for those of that must bring a little work with you (I feel your pain, sniff). Oh yes, less than 0.05/minute international calls are available to most countries on request!
Of course, all work and no play makes our renters dull boys and girls. So please do take advantage of one of our largest pools we have and a large six person hot-tub.
Make sure you dry off those feet though! We'd hate for you to slip and mess up that game winning shot! Though not seen in this picture, there are two double bed couch/futons and a TV that round out this room as the perfect game/entertainment center. It's a great place to stash four of the kids as well!
Of course, the master bedroom isn't the only gorgeous sleeping area. This four bedroom home has more than enough room for multiple couples or a large family. There's also direct access from both bedrooms and the living room to the wrap-around deck along the outside.
Both downstairs bedrooms have their own special flair.
And their own cable TVs, art, and open airy views of the pool and the waterway.
Last, but certainly not least, you have at your disposal one of the nicest and least crowded beaches around. We're sure you'll love it!!

Home Information at a glance
General Property Specifications: Two story 2800 sq. ft home, game and entertainment room, two car covered garage, large fenced in yard, gorgeous deck, private boat dock with room for two, boat ramp directly next to home, basketball court, wrap-around balcony along 2/3rds of the second floor, full kitchen, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, high-speed wireless internet, unlimited phone calls.
Beds/Baths: 4 Br/3 Bath. Master - King / 2nd bedroom - King / 3rd bedroom - two Queens / 4th bedroom - two Queens / Additional - 2 double futons in game room and plenty of room for air mattresses if you'd like to boot the youngsters to the floor (the web designer would like to take the time to complain about how he spent the first 18 years of his life on the floor at each and every vacation he was involved in...). Two to a bed, this home will comfortably sleep 18!
Pool and Hot-tub situation: Private pool, and one of the largest in the area. Due to its size, though, it's too large for us to heat during the winter months - sorry! But there is also a private six person hot-tub for your enjoyment.
Distance and orientation to the Beach: Sunset Harbor is one of our homes along the gorgeous intracoastal waterway (ICW). So many people call me and initially think they'll want nothing but direct oceanfront. I've got to put in a plug here in defense of this amazing home! You can get so much for your dollar here at Sunset Harbor: it's the largest home we own, space for two boats, a boat ramp right next door, and you're still in one of the narrowest parts of Anastasia island (please take a look at our map: Map Page). You're located less than 400 yards from the surf (and a particularly secluded portion of the beach, I might add), and can be there in a quick 5-7 minute walk. There are many "oceanfront" homes in our area that are close to 200 yards from the ocean because of the dunes. Give it a try--you'll be planning your next vacation there in no time!

Furry Friends?: This home is pet-friendly! I have four kitty-catos myself, so I know your pets are very likely just part of the family! As such, we wouldn't think of charging extra. We don't charge for "extra" for kids, parents-in-laws, or Uncle Phil, so why pets? We do charge an extra 50% deposit (i.e. $750 on the homes or $450 on the condos/townhomes), but this all comes back to you if the house is left in the same condition in which you found it. Beware, though, that a pet problem is one of the three times we've ever kept someone's deposit (the other two were smoking in the house and general spring break destruction). Wet-dog smell can be very difficult to remove! Rates: At Hartley and Sons, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate. But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic. We take pride in our transparency of our rates. All the properties have a single rent price, a cleaning fee, 6% sales tax and 4% tourism tax added onto the total.
