We have a new oceanfront townhouse we can't wait to rent to a great family or a couple looking for a fabulous retreat! Check out that view, right from the balcony above!!
All renters interested in this home need to realize that this subdivision is a family residential area and we want to be very, VERY careful about the quality and size of the groups that rent from us. Spring Break groups, high-school vacations, and all manner of non-family rentals are strictly prohibited. Misleading us to believe otherwise results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of both the balance paid and the deposit (as we are fined heavily and have families to support as well ^_^).
You'll be amazed at the view of the ocean right through the living room sliding glass doors! In contrast to many apartments up and down the beach that are oceanfront but still 100 yards away, you're so close you can smell the water from the kitchen!
Nothing fancy, just a clean, comfortable two bedroom getaway steps from the ocean. There's a pool, a clubhouse, and an outdoor grilling area. Private walkway to the surf and tennis court! There's even a boat dock only for residents of Tradewinds just across the street. You can't park the boat there, but you can load and unload immediately across the street.
The townhouse is well furnished with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed wireless internet, unlimited local, state, long-distance calling. Sadly, there's no reason not to bring your laptop with you ^_^. Curl up next to the fireplace (a non-wood-burning electric fire) and enjoy the sounds of the surf while you work!

Rates: At St. Augustine Vacations, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate. But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic. We take pride in our transparency of our rates.
