We have a wide range of choices for your next vacation in a variety of price ranges. Policies Electronics - Most, if not all, of our properties have wireless internet, Verizon telephones, and flat screen TV’s with DVD players. Needless to say, this requires many cables and connections that are time consuming to connect. It has been our experience that vacationers have a multitude of electronic toys that require ‘rearranging of cables’ in order to use. We realize this is a new age, and of course, these items are a mainstay for fun and enjoyment. However, because of the difficulty of reconnection or cables missing entirely, we ask that all connections be left as they were found upon check-in. This saves much trouble and inconvenience to following guests, as well as our maintenance person. Our policy is that if connections and cables are not returned as found, the deposit will be debited $100. We trust this will not diminish the enjoyment of your stay and will enhance responsibility by all. In the event of natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond the control of St. Augustine Vacations, LLC., we reserve the right to substitute another available property of equal or greater value in place of the property initially scheduled to be rented subject to availability. In the event this is not acceptable, a refund of the deposit and any advance rent will be refunded meeting the extent of St. Augustine Vacations, LLC. liability. Questions? Pirate's Reserve:
We have a cute little discount townhouse in our gorgeous Colony Reef club. Called a tennis villa, this apartment is next to the tennis courts rather than the ocean. The picture to the left is of the community pool, not the view from your apartment, but you still have all the access to the wonderful Colony Reef facilities! Second/Third floor townhouse, 2 Br/2.5 Bath (king, queen, trundle bed). This condo will comfortably sleep six or seven with room to spare.  Like all our condos, full entertainment, washer/dryer, and kitchen facilities are all included, in addition to an electric grill. Pet-free.

Calypso Breeze:
If you kill for the views, this is the condo for you.  Fourth floor, 3 Br/2 Bath (king, queen & twin, trundle bed). This condo will comfortably sleep seven with room to spare. Like all our condos, full entertainment, washer/dryer, and kitchen facilities are all included.  This unit is all one floor with an elevator. Pet-free.

Colony Reef 3:
Here's one of our favorites! It's 3 Br/2 Bath (king, queen & twin, two twins) and is a second floor apartment with elevator. The view is fantastic here, too, as it is a bit closer to the surf and faces the pool.  Pet-free.

Luxury Penthouse:
We just added 2 new condos to our list! This 3 Br fourth floor flat is, quite possibly, the best unit in the entire Colony Reef complex (king, queen & twin, two twins).  It's on the Northeast corner of the southern building. A wraparound balcony provides an extraordinary oceanfront and pool views. 3 Br/2 Bath. Single-story.  Pet-free.
