Policies Electronics - Most, if not all, of our properties have wireless internet, Verizon telephones, and flat screen TV’s with DVD players. Needless to say, this requires many cables and connections that are time consuming to connect. It has been our experience that vacationers have a multitude of electronic toys that require ‘rearranging of cables’ in order to use. We realize this is a new age, and of course, these items are a mainstay for fun and enjoyment. However, because of the difficulty of reconnection or cables missing entirely, we ask that all connections be left as they were found upon check-in. This saves much trouble and inconvenience to following guests, as well as our maintenance person. Our policy is that if connections and cables are not returned as found, the deposit will be debited $100. We trust this will not diminish the enjoyment of your stay and will enhance responsibility by all. Heated Pools - All pools except Matanzas and Sunset Harbor (they have heated hot tubs) have the ability to heat upon written request and payment prior to arrival. The fee for turning on the heaters is $150.00/week and must be paid in advance. This has become necessary due to the marked spike in electric and gas costs. The prior notice is necessary because of time required for the pools to reach an enjoyable temperature. This is Florida, but we do get cool-to-cold nights, which affect water temperature greatly, and in turn, heating time. We do not heat pools during the summer (May through September), because again, this is Florida, and thank goodness for warm, balmy nights and water! In the event of natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond the control of St. Augustine Vacations, LLC., we reserve the right to substitute another available property of equal or greater value in place of the property initially scheduled to be rented subject to availability. In the event this is not acceptable, a refund of the deposit and any advance rent will be refunded meeting the extent of St. Augustine Vacations, LLC. liability. Questions? This 2000 sq. foot home is a wonderful place to stay if you want a luxury vacation for a bit less than oceanfront prices. You're at the very Northern tip of the island directly on the intracoastal waterway with a private boat dock. It also features an enormous lot, private pool/screened-in patio/Jacuzzi, and is a quick 4-5 minute walk to an incredibly wide and secluded beach! Single floor.
