Several years ago, I began investing in property in the St. Augustine Beach area.  Raising cattle and harvesting timber just couldn’t provide for my family anymore—and I’m certainly not as young as I used to be!  But selling our tracts of land in central Florida and relocating near the oldest continually inhabited city in the nation turned out to be a great decision.  For a decade we have been buying and selling apartments and homes in this area, looking for great buys that we can rent out to Florida’s many vacationers each year while the investment gradually grow.  If you're looking to move to our area or invest in your own property for rentals (full or part time), I can provide you with a wealth of information and experience.  Give me a call (904-461-1668)—I’m sure I can help you find what you’re looking for!       When you talk to me, you'll notice that some of the homes and apartments you see on our site are up for sale.  We're downsizing a bit and want to semi-retire with only the management company as our primary business.  But Brandon and I can provide you with lots of juicy rental financial figures that'll prove that all the homes and apartments are great investments over the long term.  As an added bonus to any investor looking to purchase a property we currently own, we're willing to continue our management for free the first year (i.e. without the standard 20% administration fee) and then 10% the second year.  That'll help you get over the financial hump that always comes with a new purchase as well as give us a chance to prove that we are an excellent company to manage it!  Oh, and please excuse the shameless showcasing of my grandson.  But wouldn't you want to show him off too?
