Why rent from us? I won't insult your intelligence by making all sorts of ridiculous claims in our sales pitch. We don't offer private on-call masseurs, free winning lottery tickets, or gold plated silverware all for less than you'd pay at a Motel 6. Renting through us is no guarantee that you'll catch a 300 lb. tuna, the kids won't fight, you'll become magically sun-burn proof, or that rain will never dare to fall over your stretch of the beach. What I can say with all honesty is that, when we go on vacation elsewhere (your faithful web-designer is a total snowboarding junkie), we try and find places owned and managed by similar folks as ourselves. Here's why.
We've been in this business a few years, and we like to think we can offer a fantastic stay because we're still relatively small and we own outright a good many of the properties we rent (and by "own" I mean we pay the monster mortgages, of course, OUCH!). We badly need each and every renter because we pay the bills! For the same reason, we take a great deal of care and have a lot of pride in the way each home looks and "feels." Since we obviously can't own every house along the beach, we select very carefully those properties that offer the very best value for the best price, staying away from "dogs" or ridiculously over-priced homes. Sooner or later we might want to sell our homes and retire (though this job is too much fun to do that anytime soon!)--but any good home that will appreciate in value is one we think you'd love to rent! So without further schmoozing, here's a quick list of reasons why we think we deserve your business!
All of our homes are crammed packed with extras and luxurious amenities. Just like any good business, we like to invest part of our profits into improvements. At times this means extra advertising. But this often means a new paint job, an Xbox, or bigger beds!
We live and die by our return renters. Anybody can rent the busy June/July season, but we pay bills all year 'round. So it is crucial that we make a stellar impression (and offer regular 5-10% return renter discounts) to try and build our clientele base. Misleading our renters, failing to provide a fantastic stay, or not giving them their money's worth is a sure fire way to disaster!
We can provide a "hands-on" experience that we find works very well. My Dad and I live within twenty minutes of all our homes and condos. If there's a problem, just give us a call or shoot us over an email!
We (well, Dad more than me--but give me a year or two!) know the surrounding area like the back of our hands. But when you really get down to it, please, PLEASE do NOT take our word for it! Each of our homes and condos comes with a "renter review" link where our renters can leave their feedback. Other folks' opinion of us matters much more than anything we could ever say. Give them a read! We get comments like that for a reason!! See you at the beach!

Properties for Rent: Condos/Townhouses
We have two oceanview condominiums, an amazing oceanfront condominiums, and an adorable two bedroom townhouse, all of them in the Colony Reef complex. All are luxuriously decorated by our interior decorator extraordinaire, Terry Hartley. And all are sure to impress! Try out our 4th floor designer showplace, Calypso Breeze ($1300 a week average during the high-season) or the Luxury Penthouse ($1450 a week average during the high-season)
